Our Story
From One Consultant to an Industry Leader
Red Team was founded in 2004 by Carole Stoebe, a seasoned expert in capture and proposal management. She began as a one-person operation, supporting U.S. Army procurements.
In 2006, Jeff Shen joined as Vice President, bringing a bold vision for expanding Red Team’s reach. Together, they grew Red Team into a leading consulting firm, trusted by clients across industries and government agencies.
Today, our nationwide team of employees and consultants continues to empower clients with the strategic insights and expertise they need to succeed.
