Carole is the Founder and Executive Chair of Red Team Consulting. She has over 25 years of federal contracting experience and leverages that experience in her oversight of all Red Team operations and strategic growth initiatives. She is also passionate about Red Team’s philanthropic footprint, community engagement and charitable giving. In her free time Carole enjoys singing and volunteering at church, being with family (including her very energetic dog), and traveling around the world.
