Jean Watterson, General Manager of Proposals, brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles, including almost 20 years in proposal development for federal, state, and local government solicitations. As the GM of Proposals, Jean leverages her deep expertise in managing multi-billion-dollar proposals and building high-performing teams to match clients with the best-fit proposal talent, enabling Red Team to consistently deliver exceptional support. She is also committed to forming and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and consultants, recognizing that these connections are essential to shared success.

Jean is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and when she is not at work, she enjoys all types of travel, wine tasting, and spending time with friends and family.
