Tris Carpenter, General Manager of Strategic Growth, is a senior executive with over 30 years of strategic portfolio leadership and advisory consulting experience. Tris brings demonstrated success with shaping and winning new business across major government agencies and diverse commercial markets. His proven strategic perspective in defining, managing, and delivering strategic transformation initiatives for small businesses and mid-tier service firms is well known in the Federal government contracting industry. His free time is focused on family, including his two sons and their many academic and athletic pursuits. Tris also enjoys running, rowing, skiing, hiking, and relaxing in the mountains.
