Government Contract #1: Information Technology Enterprise Solutions Software 2 (ITES-SW2)

Program Summary: The Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Information Technology Enterprise Solutions software 2 (ITES-SW 2) acquisition is to support the Army, Department of Defense (DoD) community, and all Federal Agency enterprise Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and info-structure goals with a full range of commercially available off the-shelf (COTS) software products and maintenance in 14 specific product categories.
Requirements: This acquisition will support a total solution. A total solution is defined as a software requirement that includes related incidental services and/or related incidental hardware.

Government Contract #2: IT Cyber Security Support

Program Summary: The US Department of Commerce, Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a continuing requirement for IT Cyber Security Support.
Requirements:
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

  • Risk Management Framework (RMF) Support (All NIST Related Activities for all USPTO Internally Hosted Systems)
  • Vulnerability and Compliance Scanning and Analysis
  • Threat Analysis and Advanced Penetration Testing Support
  • Program, Project, Audits, Data Calls, IT Security Awareness Training, and Security Policies Support
  • Security Architecture and Engineering Support
  • All Contractor Systems and Cloud System Support

Government Contract #3: Enterprise Software Solutions (ESS)

Program Summary: The US Department of Homeland Security may have a continuing requirement for Enterprise License Agreements for Enterprise Software Solutions.
Previous Requirements: The contractor shall provide enterprise license agreements for Enterprise Software Solutions for the entire department including these areas:

  • Application Infrastructure
  • Backup and Storage
  • Security

Benefits of the Current ESS BPAs include:

  • Provide software licenses and maintenance for Application Infrastructure, Backup and Storage, and Security by download or media for each order issued
  • Existing licenses and maintenance contracts from various outside vendors can be migrated under the Enterprise Software Solutions BPA
  • Existing and future maintenance contracts will be co-terminated to one anniversary date
  • Current license upgrades and transfer of licenses within and between DHS organizations at no additional cost
  • Opportunity to negotiate additional discounts at the order level
  • Licenses and maintenance costs will be centrally tracked under one license portal
